Look at the auricles - the one on the left looks more like Meadow Barley (auricles don't overlap) but the leaft sheath is swollen, unlike those on Meadow Barley. But if you look at the aricles on the one on the right, they do overlap - classic for Wall Barley. Also the leaves here are hairy and wide, Meadow Barley instead has narrower leaves.
