Shoreham Beach, Shoreham-by-Sea, W Sussex. Quite a lot of this about all over the place, sadly no photos with flowers. But the similar English Stonecrop is largely in the West, not East of England, plus the leaves are about half the size of White Stonecrop. Will need photos of flowers though, to confirm my ID. Leaves normally green but easily sun-stressed to become red.
