Perforate St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) (17/06/2021) Southbank Equestrian, Henfield (arena bank rear of stable block). Could be either Imperforate SJW or Perforate SJW from the flower, but this is Perforate SJW because the leaves of the flowers in all these images have tiny translucent dots on the leaves (see later images) - hence "perforate".

You can see why people that don't know their flowers think this to be Ragwort (poisonous to horses) - although you wouldn't want horses to eat this anyway as it does a similar thing to Buttercups - causes photosensitisation (skin irritation, lesions and sunburn) but can cause more systemic issues as well.
