American Wintercress instead has many-lobed leaves, Medium Flowered has upper-stem leaves with more side lobes, or even if just a pair, they are longer and narrower, and the terminal lobe is longer and narrower.

Also some references say that the stork on the pods are wider than the pod (as you can see here) but common wintercress they are narrower.

Wintercress - and these are notably hairy - Common Wintercress instead has hairless, glossy, dark-green leaves

You can just make out the lower leaf in the upper part of the image - and also the one beneath the Ribwort Plantain leaves - they are dark green and slightly hidden from view that has a lot of side lobes.
