A differentiator from other yellow brassicas is these sepals which you can see are spreading at at least 90 degrees.

Charlock leaves vary quite a bit, but they tend to have bristly leaves to some extent, and be oval and variably toothed, and also glossy, but notably have a pair of much smaller lobes at the base (later image).

Seed pods - technical name "silique" - here bristly but many sources say they should be glabrous, however the photo in the Wiki entry sure enough shows bristly hairy. the pods have long beaks and don't press close to the stem (unlike e.g. Hedge Mustard).
