Carrion Crow ♀︎ (Corvus corone) (24/02/2006) Driftway, Upper Beeding, Steyning (in garden). I believe this to be a female (and the next one is the same bird) as the bill is not as stout and the head not as chunky looking! It is also smaller than the males - see the later images.
Carrion Crow ♀︎ (Corvus corone) (24/02/2006) Driftway, Upper Beeding, Steyning (in garden). Nothing else quite like them other than perhaps Jackdaws - but they have grey heads and blue eyes. Not really possible to tell males and females apart.

Carrion Crow ♂ (Corvus corone) (20/01/2007) Driftway, Upper Beeding, Steyning (in garden). You cam see this male has a larger more showy head and a bulker beak than the more slender female in the previous image.
Carrion Crow ♂ (Corvus corone) (20/01/2007) Driftway, Upper Beeding, Steyning (in garden). I think this is a male due to its strong-looking head plus the stout bill.
Carrion Crow (Corvus corone) (20/02/2005) Driftway, Upper Beeding, Steyning (in garden). Was rather chuffed with this!
