Pheasant ♂ (Phasianus colchicus) (18/06/2005) Driftway, Upper Beeding, Steyning (garden). Nothing else quite like them. They are Asian natives, introduced into the UK for sports shooting centuries ago. We get masses in the garden because of our ground feeders! Was really pleased with this image.
