Driftway, Upper Beeding, Steyning (flying over garden). Was chuffed to see this. They reintroduced them somewhere further north and they've worked their way down to the South Downs near us. Unmisteable in flight because of this notched tail. They are in the Accipitridae along with Buzzards and Sparrowhawks.
