Green Sandpiper (Tringa ochropus) (12/08/2005) Arundel Wildfowl & Wetlands Centre. Can look like a Dunlin when the latter has its white-bellied winter plumage, but Dunlins have a fatter body shape. Sandpipers' bodies are kind of elongated! Males and females are pretty much identical, but if you see them together, the female will be larger with longer wings.
